Q. Why won’t my computer download the updates? A. Your Internet browser may have a pop-up blocker enabled. You may have seen a gold bar appear at the top of your browser window entitled ‘Information Bar’. This signifies a popup blocker is active. To override the pop-up blocker settings, you must press and hold the ‘Ctrl’ key on your keyboard while clicking the link for the download. Keep the ‘Ctrl’ key depressed until you see the ‘Save As’ dialog box appear for the download. You may need to do this for each download. Q: Is it working for bmw air bag light? Does it need another cable for bmw E36 airbag?
A: It does work on the e46. No other cable needed. Not sure about e36. It should work if its ob2 vehicle. If there is no airbag reset option means it does not support air bag reset.
Q: Does the creader VIII read body control module codes?
A: No，it can not read body control unit codes.
Q: Does it read air/fuel ratio or maf or iac readings on a 1996 camaro z28?
A: Yes it does.
Q: Can X431 CRP129 do a brake bleed on gm vehicules and read abs sensor wheel by wheel?
A: As far as reading sensor in/ output per wheel yes it will. But when it comes to bidirectional abs (procedures) for bleeding the system it's on a vehicle by vehicle bases so I can't say.
Q: After using the device to diagnose a car, the CODE given for a particular problem,does this device give you a description for that error CODE ?
A: It will give you the code and what the code means. This scan tool will also allow you to read some voltages coming off of certain sensors. Great scan tool and equivalent to a much more expensive tool.

2 Enter product instruction and choose Creader VII+/Creader VIII
3 Then you may need to input the serial number and registration password
4 Please follow the instruction (step5-8) to find out the password in the machine
5 Please insert the SD card into the TF card reader and connect the TF card reader to the laptop
6 Download all the software to the SD card
7 Insert the TF card into creader viii and connect the creader viii to the laptop via USB port again
8 Click 'ok' button on the screen, then update finished. If you still have problem update the device, feel free to contact us.

How to uninstall and reinstall LAUNCH X431 V Client
Step 1: Uninstall X431 V client
Step 2: Delete "cnlaunch " from these 2 files: "ES File Explorer" and "File Manager" as following picture shows:
Step 3: Browse www.dbscar.com to download the newest version for X431 V client, and then install it. Important Note: you need to find X431 V under "Product Introduction", and install X431 V Android version.
Step 4: Open X431 V Client that has been installed, log into your CC account
Step 5: Update software by following the below picture instruction.
Important Note: the X431 V you downloaded will be saved in "downloads" shown as follows.
